## Inspiration

Both team members really like Racoons and creating games, we believed combining them was the best option, especially when presented with the theme.

## What it does

Racoon Boy is a 2D, work in progress, Platformer to bring people a sense of enjoyment and realize how nice nature is.

## How we built it

Racoon Boy was built in Unity within the 24 hour time span. Max handled most of the player movement while Kaileb handled the art and level design/programming.

## Challenges we ran into

Neither of us had any initial plans, nor did we have Unity installed on the systems we were using. Unity also decided to be difficult in certain aspects that should have normally worked.

## Accomplishments that we're proud of

Despite setbacks we were able to accomplish a complete game loop with a good feel and this is something we will definitely be refining and polishing in the near future.

## What we learned

Time management and having a strong plan early on in addition to evenly splitting the workload is crucial and is the only reason we were able to achieve what we did.

## What's next for Racoon Boy

As previously mentioned, we aim to continue working on this project, refining and changes it to become more and more enjoyable. This includes better art, a storyline, and better movement systems.
